Fulfillment/label printing problems

On version 11 now.  Fulfillment has worked fine all week until this morning.  We use Firefox for all purposes except fulfillment, as shipping label integration has never worked with Firefox so we use Explorer for this.  Today it will not print the label on first attempt.  It says PopUp Blocked (pop ups are set to be allowed on Netsuite). 
It still fulfills the order just does not print the label.  If we go back in to the fulfillment and say Print Label, it works fine. 
Anyone else having problems today?
Any ideas?
Has anyone ever figured out how to use Firefox with label integration?
