Item Receipts not allocating to open sales orders

Since the upgrade to V.11 once Item Receipts is done it is not allocating the inventory to open Sales Orders.  No picking tickets print.  We are having to go through each individual sales order to see if they can ship.  This is taking some serious time.  Are we missing a new step?
