Zipcode support?

This is pretty minor, but has anyone else noticed that NetSuite doesn't look-up US Zip+4 zip codes? 

For example, if you're filling out an address form (say, on a customer record) and you type in 33903 in the zip code field and press tab, NetSuite will lookup the city and automatically fill in the city field properly.  But if you put in a full zip+4 like 33903-2213, the look-up fails and nothing happens.  (Same behavior seen in Internet Explorer and Firefox).

Also, can anyone from NetSuite comment on how often the zipcode tables are updated?  There were some new zip codes that took effect this month (such as 33967) that don't appear to be in the lookup tables yet.
