Tracking Numbers on Bulk Fulfill

I apologize if this issue has already been discussed, I could not find it. Before Version 11 we could select mark items shipped under transactions, check off each item and put in the weight and tracking number and it would post the tracking number. Now when we try this none of the tracking numbers get posted. Was there a setting change in version 11?
