UPS Label Integration

Since we were upgraded to V11.03, we are experiencing a problem in the fulfillment process...

Even though the shipping method is "UPS Ground" and this shipping item does have the label integration set, the check box in the fulfillment screen is grayed out in the picking stage but on the packing stage it lets us check the box but we have to do it manually.

Obviously, if we forget to check the box and go to print label, we get an error...

Is anyone aware of this?  Did something change I'm not aware of?

We are a NetSuite system (not NSB) with Advanced Shipping...
