Incorrect Shipping Cost

We are having a very difficult time nailing down accurate shipping cost.  For example, when I use UPS.com to calculate a 50lb package being shipped from zip code 80424 to area code 80112, we get a Ground UPS cost of 15.36.  In NS, we get a cost of $10.97.

I have tried a variety of ship to and ship from locations along with various weights and is seems that the shipping cost being generated in NS real time UPS integrating is always off by a big percentage of the actual shipping cost.
