FedEx- Ground Delivery Lockup

Has anyone experienced during an order fulfillment that if you try to change the shipping method from FedEx Ground you get a permanent hourglass and can not click on any NS tab or link except the ones that directly relate to change the shipping method back to FedEx Ground? This does not occur with other shipping methods and has only acted this way for a couple of days.
