Matrix Items Options on SO & PO
We are testing martrix items some of which have up to 5 options on 1 item. We have 60 or so total options to support our products.
We you enter a matrix item the option names and choice does not appear on the screen nor do they show when you print the sales order or purchase order. How would your customer or vendor know what item options are being sold/purchased when the only the top level description shows leaving off the options and the choice chosen for that option?
I was expecting to see the Option Name and Choice for each option chosen listed under the top level description in the Description column on the screen and on the printed version.
