UPS Real-time rates without UPS account

Is there a way that Netsuite can provide UPS real-time rates without an UPS account?

For example we are going to setup multiple-locations for different companies that drop-ship for us, so in order to calculate the shipping charges for each location we need to add multiple UPS accounts.

The problem is that we don't have access to the shipper's account number or information so we can't set them up.

There are services such as shopping.com, nextag, bizrate that can calculate the UPS shipping charges just by using the shipping zip code. I understand that Nestuite needs the account number for the label integration but can they also provide a way to get the real-time rates for the companies that only want the shipping charges, not the label integration?
