Filtering Fulfillment Queue Based on Search?

Is it possible to  set up the fulfillment queue in such a way that it is filtered based on a search.  I have been using the filters that are available but we also have flags that will not work with the currect customization possibilities.  This is mainly so that we show only orders that we can fulfill in the operations side so that they ignore all the orders on credit hold or have some other flag against them.
