bulk fulfillment problem?

I just did my daily fulfillment of order, checking the orders that needed to be fulfilled.  What happened was all pending fulfillments got filled except for 2 orders (so I couldn't have accidently hit "mark all").

Then when I tried to print integrated UPS labels I got an error message that the internal file was too large.
