Fulfill and Bill?

We have a significant issue.  In order to support UPS Integration and Multi-Location Inventory, we have Advanced Shipping turned on.  This has the added bonus of separating your Fulfill and Bill process (I know this is the primary reason for using Advanced Shipping).  We really don't like this.  I think we could do without Multi-Location inventory, but we'd like to use UPS Integration.  I thought I'd be able to write a server SuiteScript to create the billing transaction when the sales orders are fulfilled, but it doesn't appear to be supported.  This really has us in a bind.  We really
