UPS Thermal Label help!

We already spent 3 hours on the phone with support on this issue. :mad:

We cannot get our integrated shipping labels to print to our Eltron LP2844 no matter what we do.  It always comes back with the error message "No UPS Thermal Printers Installed."  Our printer works just fine with Worldship.

We are desperate.  And NS won't answer our emails or return our calls.  If we could at least export a csv batch of addresses, we could use Worldship in the meantime...

Anyone?  help!
