Tracking Number not appearing

For some strange reason, the tracking numbers are not appearing on the fulfilments when we perform a bulk fulfill through csv upload.  The weights are also missing...even though we input them in the file for upload. 

It soes not happen for all SO's fulfilled, just some.  This started happening last week.  Every day the number increases...HELP.
