Javascript on Fulfillments

It does not seem possible to use javascript on the Item Fulfillment (Packing Slip) transaction form.

We would like to be able to use javascript so that we can compare the fulfillment date against a the confirmed ship date (custom field on the sales order) and indicate in a new field on the fulfillment how many days early/late the shipment is.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
