Link New Item on Sales Order to Exisitng PO

All of our items are the "Special Order" type.

We frequently have to add and delete items off a sales order which has already created the needed Purchase Orders.

I do not see a way to add an item to a sales order and the have this new item added to an existing purchase and linked back to the sales order. All we have found is that you must create a new PO for any items you add to a sales order.

Our old system allowed you to add new items and then on the PO side link a line back to the appropriate sales order.
