Bulk Fulfillment Question

I need to bulk fulfill about 50 orders a day, but I would like to set the reference number to a custom value.

Currently it assigns a value 1-1000 as the reference number when filling in bulk, but if i fulfill one at a time, i can enter the reference number.

Is there a way to add the reference number field to the bulk fulfill page instead of the "tracking number" field that's already there?

How would I go about doing this.
