How to create FedEx label without Sales Order

Hello,

Does anyone know whether it is possible to generate a FedEx label without an existing sales order? Sometimes we need to send documents to clients (for example) and it would be nice to generate the FedEx label right out of Netsuite since their address is already there and Netsuite could track the tracking number for us. However, we don't want to bill our client for this shipment, thus, we don't want a sales order. Just something quick to kick out the FedEx label.
