Fulfillment confiramtion email sent to the main email address

Hi;

Contacts of a customer order through web store for various departments. They all use different email addresses and pass words to log in. How can confirmation emaile be sent to the person who placed the order and not to the main email address in customer record?

P.S. customer use the sale order interface in "my account" to place order.

Any idea?
