can't use integrated shipping with Service Items
I know, it sounds like a "Duh, how do you ship a service?" - let me explain:
1) Customer send product back to be repaired
2) We enter an SO with service items
3) When complete, we fulfill the SO and enter package information for the product being sent back.
The problem is the real time rates don't work. I've created a package, entered all the information and saved it. When I click the "Calculate Shipping" button it ALWAYS come back with 0.00.
If I manually enter a rate (pulled from the UPS web site) and save I am able to print a label, although I don't know if it's valid.
