UPS integration - Can you use COD as an option

We use Advanced Shipping with NetSuite Small Business.  Our clients, like many of your clients, choose to pay their bills when ever they want:)

Alas!  Can I use COD with the UPS integration, at first glance, it does not appear so...any tips??
