How can this be? Commited = Backorder AND On hand > Commited ???
Hi,
This incident was reported from the shipping dept. and I captured to put here as an example (also hoping someone from NS would check the database if needed)
All the items in this order have been marked as Back ordered by NS. Most of the items are also marked as Committed. The thing is "committed" part is true while "back ordered" part is not accurate: we don't have the last 3 items on hand, but we do have the rest in stock - I verified this by clicking on the item and checking the Inventory tab.
Any ideas what is going on?
