Sales Orders getting stuck in Fulfill queue
We have been having an intermittent problem with fully committed orders getting stuck in the fulfill queue and not moving over to the pick ticket queue. We have seen this happen on partial shipments. When the rest of the order is fully committed it stays in fulfill queue and does not move into pick ticket queue. We are spending a lot of time auditing to find these stuck orders. Some weeks we find several. Then no problems for a week or two.
Any idea how to fix this?
Is Netsuite doing anything to solve this problem?
