Undelivered email messages
Hello all:
I am new to Netsuite so please bear with me.
We use the order fulfillment section of netsuite heavily. One of the features we use is the email functionality which we use to order our brochures by sending email to the appropriate person.
It has come to our attention that if an email, that is sent via netsuite sales order form, is not delivered to the recipient, there is no error message or indication that the email cannot be delivered.
However, if you send the email to the same email address using an email client, a failed delivery message is received.
