Federal Express insurance

Hi, I'm new here.  I actually just started this job last Monday and still learning Netsuite.  We ship our products via Fed Ex Ground, and for quite some time, we've been having problems with Fed Ex loosing our product.  We've been processing our insurance claims manually.  Is there any way we can facilitate this through the system?  Thanks for your advice !
