How to Truly Turn off Fulfilment Emails

Hi,

Due to our product we Bill customers before we ship the product to them. However this then means we have to go into each record and fulfil the order (it does not form the next logical step).

Some orders fulfilment has been missed and we now have about 140 orders. I turned off send fulfilment emails in Netsuite. Then 2 days later did a bulk fulfil to 20 of the customers. They all received emails!!!!

This was very embarrassing for us and now I am not sure how to clear the rest of the orders pending fulfilment from our system.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions?
