Item/Quantity Total on Packing Slip

I would hope this one is easy, but have yet to figure it out.  I would like to implement a two person shipping system where one person prepares the order and another double checks the total quantity of the order.  Therefore, I would like the picking ticket to show a total number of items on the order.  Is there an easy (or any) way of doing this?
