Syntax for saved search formula-items below reorder point

I'm looking to create a saved search that will identify items whose available quantity is less than their re-order point value.  While I know that I could just look into the Order Items screen to see this, I'd like to create this search so I can put in place alerts / reporting, etc....

Any ideas?
