Print Picking Tickets (bulk)- orders not in list
A number of sales orders are not appearing in the print picking ticket queue. They are all pending fulfillment or partially fulfilled (with the remaining items pending fulfillment). We have tried "ignore item availability" and "allow reprinting" and these orders still do not appear in the list. With the volume of orders being processed, printing each picking ticket from the view sales order screen much longer just isn't an acceptable option. Again- some, but not all, orders aren't available to mark for printing picking tickets.
Has anyone else encountered a situation like this? Any thoughts on a possible explanation for the problem.
