Timing out error when charging CC?
Has anyone ever experienced a timing out problem when charging a credit card.
We are using ozlink shipping integration, we fullfill, ship and then try and bill a cash sale. As soon as we hit " OK" to charge the credit card we get "your transaction has timed out" please log in again. It only happens on our shipping computer.
It is not linked to a user-role-or a particular transaction. It appears to be a problem with this particular PC. To make it even harder to figure out it worked fine this morning and wont work this afternoon. the same thing happened last week. The time out is instant so it is not like there is some sort delayed internet issue.
