Problem fulfilling sales orders via batch mode

Starting today, I cannot batch fulfill sales orders that were created via XML import.   No problem with sales orders entered manually or via web store.

CSV Import to fulfill orders worked fine for web store orders

CSV import for all sales orders created via XML fail
Also, entering tracking numbers on fulfill sales order screen and clicking submit fail as well.

Error message - This record already exist.

I can fulfill the sales order one-by-one by opening the sales order, clicking fulfill, enter tracking number and click save...only having problem via batch

Is anyone else having a similar problem batch fulfilling sales orders created via XML import?   Everything worked fine yesterday.
