Finding Sales Order from UPS Tracking Number

Is there a way to get to the Sales Order from a UPS Tracking number (or any tracking number, for that mater)? We have a shipment where the ship to address got changed after the product was shipped, and while we have the tracking number, we do not have the sales order number. It would be required for us to notify UPS to change the ship to address before the package actually arrives at the wrong address. I realize this is going backwards to accomplish this information, but any suggestions welcome.
