Searching for Numbered Items Doesn't Seem to Work
Hi,
I've come across a rather large issue that I just want to see if it's just me, or it's a global problem.
If I have an Item called '07271135', I cannot search for it under Global Search or Quick Search. It seems unhappy with anything that is really text, but appears to be a number.
Can someone give me the magic answer so that when a customer rings and asks about part number xxxx; our staff can quickly find it?
I feel dumb - convince me I'm right...
