Shipping on customers ups account

Hi all,

I have a few customers wich preffer shipping on there account. Is there a option how to intergrate this? When i make a new account (ups) in the system and want to ship out with it it gives a error about the country of shipping.  Sample : account is registered to belgium customer and all his info. Then i want to ship to him and get error , country must be same.

I think the error should be "must not be same" but okay. it just does not work.

Anyone who can help me?
