Informing our warehouse (3PL) which order to ship

We are trying to find a efficient way to inform our warehouse, which happens to be a 3PL, which orders to ship.  We have assigned them a warehouse manager role.  For their other clients using NS, they inform them by setting the SO to Pending Fulfillment status when the order is ready to ship and anything that is not ready to ship has a Pending Approval status.  This way they are able to go into the Print Pick Tickets screen and do a batch print of the Pick Tickets.  By the way, we use the Pick, Pack, & Ship feature.
