UPS tracking #s on receipts carrying fwd to backorder
This is a real problem. If I have split shipments, first one goes UPS, then the backorder is shipped a few days later via the post office, the sales receipt is picking up and printing the UPS tracking # of the first order on the 2nd shipment. This field is empty on the sales receipt screen, but the PDF that goes to the customer and the PDF that is printed contains this link.
This is a bug that was reported at least a year ago, and it is still a problem.
