Pick/Pack before Fulfill

We would like to use a workflow that is different from the standard NS. We build a few different serialized assemblies and we would like to be able to build the quantity we need of each for a given day without regard to which specific order a specific assembly will be assigned.

The workflow becomes:  Enter order > Approve order > Pick/Pack > Fulfill order > Ship order.

At the fulfill stage, the serialized assembly is married with the specific order. The picked/packed carton is staged and ready to be assigned to an order by canning the assembly record to fulfill.
