How are we supposed to print packing slips now?

My old (pre-2007) workflow:
[LIST=1]
[*]Transactions->Sales->Fulfill Sales Orders
[*](fulfill the order)
[*]load the Item Fulfillment record from the recent record list
[*]print the packing slip
[*]print the integrated shipping label
[/LIST]

I can't do that anymore, as far as I can tell there is no way to print a packing slip from a fulfillment record.  Why?

Am I missing a setting?
