Automatic Insurance Doesn't Work on Multiple Packages
For us, the greatest feature to show on the 2007.0 roster is the package sizes and automatic insurance. We have been pulling out our hair for years without these two features, so I would like to first thank Netsuite on getting these done. Having that been said , I can't seem to get the automatic insurance to work on orders with multiple packages.
Example: I have a part WHS-002 where 10 units fit in one box. A client orders 40 WHS-002s, and with the new package feature the fulfillment generates four labels. The problem is only the first label has the insurance on it. The other three do not have any insurance.
