Fullfilments / Billing

Hello Everyone,

CAN ANYONE HELP!
We are having problems with billing partially shipped sales orders,
example; sales order for 1 item qty of 10, we ship 5 and b/o 5.
Okay I have a fullfullment for 5.  Before I invoice the customer for 5 the other 5 come in but are not shipped yet, when we try to invoice the cutomer for the first 5, NS invoices the customer for all 10, Insted of NS showing fulfilments at billing it shows sales orders.  Are we doing something wrong or does anyone else have this problem.:(    *Both are fulfilled but only one shipped.
