FedEx "One Extra Day" NetSuite shutdown loop
Processing a FedEx ground order this morning, when I fulfilled it I received the following NetSuite message:
"FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery shipments may require one additional day in transit to your destination zip code"
GO BACK
OK, I get this, the customer lives in a remote section of CA and it will take an extra day, fine. However, when I click the GO BACK button it returns me to the fulfillment page, which if I re-fulfill returns me to the one day message, which returns me to the fulfillment page and so on. There is no "OK" button to acknowledge that the one day is fine and move on.
