How to print Sales Rep Name on Picking Slip

Hi,

I can add a custom element to our Picking Slip labelled {salesrep}, however this brings up the Sales Rep Internal ID Number, not their name.

How can I get it to pick up their name, so the warehouse know who to contact about the picking slip by phone (they have no Netsuite login)?

Any ideas would be really welcome.  I've tried things like {salesrep.name} and {salesrep.entityid}, but I think I'm on the wrong track.
