How To Print Reference Fields on UPS Labels?

Another great feature with the 2007 upgrade is the option to automatically add Order #s and PO #s in the UPS reference fields.  Although this works great when the clients tracks online, it would be nice if these reference fields printed on the USP label itself.  Has anyone been able to figure that out?
