Thermal Printer takes too long to print.

Has anyone one else encountered this? It takes approximately 15-20 seconds for the thermal label to print after clicking "Save and print label". If we are using the Firefox browser, the screen goes into DOS looking mode for a few seconds before the label is spit out. In Explorer, the screen doesn't go dark, but it takes about 25 seconds before the label comes out. I'm not sure if we have something setup wrong. Also, I can only print labels from the UPS Online website (For Call Tags, and other exceptions) if I run them through in the Explorer browser.
