UPS Shipping integration - several questions
Hi Folks:
We have a scenario that is a bit confusing. We're not sure exactly how to proceed, or what the outcom would be. We're very new to NS, so please take that into consideration with any responses you may have.
When we ship items using integrated shipping and UPS, the system (UPS I belive) will send a confirmation to the registered email address of the customer. We would like for this not to happen, but we don't know how to prevent that.
Second, when a confirmation goes out from NS, we cannot seem to locate what email address the system uses to generate the email with the shipping confirmation. Does anyone know what email address this uses?
