UPS International Customs Forms
We really like the streamline integration of UPS and Netsuite, especially when it comes to shipping internationally. However, the customs forms only print out the first 3 items on the sales order and then totals that amount up. So, if your first 3 items are $2.00 each but the items after it are heavy and expensive, your customs form shows the total weight of say 60 lbs, but the dollar amount is $6.00.
This has happened and customs stopped the package. The customer wasn't happy.
Anyone else have this problem? I noticed under the UPS international forms it has multiple forms to print for each shipment but they are all the same.
