Charge for Shipping Options
I want to charge a base rate for shipping, and then have an additional charge for each additional item ordered.  For example, $6.00 base charge and $2.00 for each item after the first one.  So if they order 1 item, it's $6.00.  If they order 2 items, it's $8.00 (6.00 + 2.00).  5 items would be $14.00 (6.00 + 4*2.00).
Can this be done in NetSuite?  I see under Lists > Accounting > Shipping Items there is a Shipping Rate tab and one of the options is "By Item" which appears to use a shipping cost field in the Item record.  I think that would work if I charge the same rate per item, but what about the scenerio I describe above?  Can it be done?
