Multiple FedEx accounts

Would anyone know whether it is possible to set up a Canadian based FedEx account and a USA based FedEx account in Netsuite and be able to select which one to use based on the shipment destination?

Also, I am wondering if anyone has set up couriers other that FedEx and UPS in Netsuite.  In Canada - CANPAR for instance?
