UPS Shippment

I do have one doubt in the on UPS Shipment.
We are filling up the field 'Item Wight' in the part of Items creation(Matrix/Singles).Do we have any way to enter Shipment details through UPS while we load itmes or create matrix items as we entering weight .

As i know, we need to follow Accounting > Shipping Items > New
then we have to create the item which we whipping through UPS or whatever.

It takes place at the final stage of transaction.

here my question is, is there any way to enter some data or specify,as this items needs to send via UPS Shippment, while item creation itself ?.
