Costly Bulk Fulfill/Printing issue

I hope someone else is having/has had this issue because we really need help.

We bulk fulfill; then bulk print packing slips, then bulk print integrated shipping labels. Lately, we have noticed that there is an order 'fulfilled' but not printed. Neither the label nor slip is printed (if they were, we could double check things but this is not the case).

We print all Integrated Shipping Labels (the ones that have not been printed yet). Therefore, there is no reason why the labels are not being printed. We print all packing slips that were fulfilled same date. Therefore, there is no reason why the slips are not being printed.
